When you become a disability representation client, or when a practice engages us for Medicaid application services, health and personal information is collected only as needed for that work. It is handled through secure systems covered by a Business Associate Agreement, shared only with the agencies processing the claim or application and as you authorize, and is never sold. Practices sign a Business Associate Agreement with us before any patient information is shared.
